Outlaw Brody Lee will be releasing his first rap album in six years as Sixshot Brody. Brody believes his new album, True G.R.I.T., which will be released later this year, is his contribution to what is known as “The OG Renaissance”. For the past few months, we have been witnessing legendary hip hop artists releasing new music to combat the decline of authenticity, originality, creativity and integrity in hip hop culture. The OG Renaissance is being highlighted by the upcoming release of Ice-T's Criminal Migraine, his first rap album in 20 years.
